2011.11.17 ~ 2011.11.19
Venue: Subaru Telescope, Hawaii’ (NAOJ)

The following is a program for this November Hilo meeting. We tried it as similar as possible to CoDR so that we were able to clarify what is ready and what has not yet been ready (and has to be done) for CoDR. On the second day of the meeting, we had “Special session dedicated to telescope interface issues” taking an advantage of having this meeting in Hilo.

Peter Gray kindly accepted to be an external adviser for this CoDR-Preparation meeting and gave us comments on this project.
