PFS Preliminary Design Review -PDR- meeting

We held sucessfully PFS Conceptual Design Review for PFS on March 19, 2012. We will now hold a Preliminary Design Review as its next step. We will invite 6 reviewers and disscuss risk managements related to technical, schedule, and financial issues etc. in addition to each design for PFS.
